pls note this particular questions. We are fond of making mistake in this regard:

When "as well as", "together with "is used in a sentence, the verb that follows it should be singular e.g

Ade as well as his brother(s) IS coming to the party
Kunle together with his Dad IS going to the market

That is, "IS' should be used and not are.

Let's be guided.

Sorry 4 dat. I actually ans d qust dat has 2 do with delegated legislation.
Pls note dat deleg legislation is when d law makin body ask another dody to make law by a way of delegation. So it will be wrong 2 say AN ACT is a typica example of del legis. The correct ans shld be BYE-LAW cos it is usually done by local govt.
It is done by power deleg or given to dem by national assbl wch is law makin body.

Howeva, its my opinion.

big_bug_ben:

guy, i surf d web wif google to confirm dis. i finally saw dat dis it is properly said dat "u cant eat your cake & have it, in sum cases u add u can't hav your cake & eat it too @ d back; just like when a teenage girl got pregrant, dat means she has eaten her cake & can't hav it & also even if she is opportune to hav it @ dis point she can't eat it too, so u 'u can't hav your cake & eat it' can't stand alone & besides it's nt general accepted. Pls click below to confirm my point.
http://www.wsu.edu/~brians/errors/eatcake.html
And dat of Quarreling is also wrong, d right one is wit double R & double L, d one wit single L is an American eng bt we us British's here.

I went through your posted link and I discovered this:
"The most popular form of this saying—“You can’t have your cake and eat it too”— confuses many people because they mistakenly suppose the word “have” means “eat,” as in “Have a piece of cake for dessert.” A more logical version of this saying is “You can’t eat your cake and have it too,” meaning that if you eat your cake you won’t have it any more. The point is that if you eat your cake right now you won’t have it to eat later. “Have” means “possess” in this context, not “eat.”

Take note if the bold words and statements above. Your examiners are not interested in what is but what out to be

May God help us.
