We usually hear the name Forbes for creating ranking one list or the order like list of richest men, celebrities etc. Actually, Forbes is an American business magazine published weekly it features various articles on investing, finance, marketing info etc. Forbes reports on articles such as science, communications, politics, technology and law. It has its worldwide headquarters located in New Jersey, U.S.A. The magazine is well known worldwide for its ranking which includes ranking of richest men in Africa that we are about to talk about. It's editor-in-chief is Steve Forbes and its CEO being Mike Federle. Aliko Dangote from Nigeria has retained his place being the richest man in Africa 2019 in the recent ranking by Forbes released on Wednesday. However he lost about $2 billion compared to what he owned last year giving room for his fellow competitors such as Mike Adenuga getting close to him. Alakija Folorunsho from Nigeria is also among the richest African citizens who also had a drop in his net worth between last year and this year as she held the 19th position on the list including 11-20. Another Nigeiran man Abdulsamad Rabiu who deals on cement and runs the BUA Group is the No 16th position on the list. The magazine rating reported that Alakija's net worth dropped due to the decline in the value of one of Nigeria's productive oil fields. Mike Adenuga - Founder and CEO of Globacom which is popularly known as Glo emerged as the second richest man in the whole Africa with his net worth estimated $9.2 billion.
