He doesn't pay for crowd in that state. He is called the people's governor. Keke drivers and okada riders are his most loyal fans.

His problem is not APC, he recently joined APC last year. His problem has been his small party mindset. He started with AD in 2003, DPP in 2007 & 2011 while he used LP in 2015. This is his first time of using a larger party.

BTW, the Urhobos are progressives, they believe in rotation that's why they voted overwhelmingly for Okowa the last time, plus Ogboru and Otega supremacy battle got in the way of both of them.

From the look of things Buhari might even get up to 35%.
APC got a very strong man from Sapele, Igbuya, he was the former speaker of PDP in DSHA before he was impeached last year.
The guy has too much popularity in Sapele and he can deliver. In Ethiope east where Ogboru comes from, APC will do well, same with ughelli where Omo Agege came from, those areas have been PDP weak points in the state.

Ayiri and co has warri South to cover up while uvwie has always gone against PDP for years now. out of 25 local government in the state, I think APC may win up to 8, plus ughelli which is very big and with large votes.

All in all, this my analysis may be wrong because I am not in the state for now, I'm in PH but with my friends I talk with, I know the situation is still same.
