The Urhobos believe in rotation and they believe it is time for Delta North to produce the governor that was why they did and are still doing everything to support Okowa.
However, there are some Urhobo speaking local government that are pro APC, eg ughelli (Omo Agege).

That being said, I think Ogboru might have a better outing this time.
