The answer to your concern lies in whether or not you evaluated your LL.B. If you did, that would be sufficient to claim the Masters/Professional degree. As a matter of fact, a number of lawyers (present company included) did not evaluate the B.L from law school. So if your LL.B was evaluated, you are still good to claim the Masters/Professional degree. B.L is a 'jara' that is not necessary for Express Entry. All the best.

Good link. Even tho I doubt if the man was really a supervisor but his actual role might not have been stated on the letter. There is difference between your Grade/level and the job 'function' for each individual

We may have 10 ETs on same level but different departments and work function but on reference letter, you only have the level stated. I may be wrong because I haven't seen any reference letter for Canada EE before.

So, I think it will be safe to ask if bank workers can get such letter that shows the level and job functions?

Hi everyone pls i need clarifications. I just complete my IQAS Application now and i'm meant to send my certificates. I read some comments a while back about how the photocopy of the degree certificate was sent with the issued transcript from the university in the same envelope. My question is : Is the photocopy include in the same envelope with the transcript or in a separate envelope while the transcript is in another separate envelope but everything is sent as one?

PUT ALL YOUR DOCUMENTS IN ONE ENVELOPE, SENT IT TO THE OFFICER PROCESSING YOUR TRANSCRIPTS AND TELL HIM/HER TO PUT YOUR TRANSCRIPTS IN ANOTHER SEALED ENVELOPE. PUT THE TWO SEPARATE ENVELOPES IN A LARGER ENVELOPE AND MAIL TO IQAS. WORKED FOR ME AND INCREASED PROCESSING TIME.

Also, i used a friend's Alberta address fr the delivery of the hardcopy i hope i wont need it fr the completion of my EE application? I DONT THINK IT SHOULD BE A PROBLEM, OTHERS CAN WADE IN.
Pls any help I can get will be appreciated.

Thanks for your response on LLB evaluation by IQAS. The impact of this will be much on the CRS score. Talking about an additional 6 or 7 points. Please how long did it take IQAS to complete your evaluation after the submission of the required documents(LLB transcript, photocopy of LLB certificate with photocopy of data page of international passport) in the recommended way to them? I know someone who evaluated her LLB with WES as Bachelor's degree (four years) and she needs few point to increase her CRS score. If IQAS evaluates her LLB can she get the points equivalent to that of Masters degree.
