*Fruition*
For uniform fruition, hormone for fruition will be introduced.
Pls note that cost of hormone is not regular due to market reasons, but it can be estimated at #10/ plant,while the farm can be divided into plots for proper monitor during this activity and this will be done whence the plants are 13 months.
Cost of inducement is #10 . #10*11200= #1,120,000
*Harvest*
Fruits will be ready for harvest by 3months after induction.
*Sales*
Sales of pineapple are in Kg at #70/kg
If the average weight if a fruit is 2kg,so the expected weight if fruits at final harvest =112,000 x 2= 224,000kg or 224 tonnes
So expected sales = 224,000 x 70 =#15,680,000
Assuming 20% total loss i.e less production, defected fruit, during transportation etc = #3,136,000
So expected ROI is *#12,544,000*

Also note that this estimated sales is for the first fruition year and that fruition will continue for the next 6yrs before the plant and the land is tired.
Meanwhile there will also be sucker production for expansion during the course of the 6yrs.
