Atiku is not Nigerian by birth. He was born 1946 but became a Nigerian in 1961 though a referendum in adamawa. By virtue of section 131 of the constitution of Nigeria, he is supposed to be disqualified. The constitution says Citizens born as Nigerians. Atiku was born as a camerounian. --- Radio Biafra.
