Teamo2: 1. Are there any correspondences or email exchanges where they indicated that they cannot issue the letter to you? If yes, then submit that email or letter together with a reference letter written by YOU on a plain paper, notarize it and add your AI's ID card or any other superior's ID. If no, write an LOE to explain why you could not get a reference from your employer, write your reference letter yourself on plain paper, notarize it and add your supervisor's ID card. You should also include your salary bank statement to give your application more credence. If you can get your payslips and employment letter, add them as well. 2. Yes, that counts as 1 year. 3 Likes 4 Shares |

Good day all. I want to understand the ECA process through IQAS. I got my school to send my transcript by courier since a month now. DHL Tracker shows that package reached IQAS on March 5th, 2019. Still expecting their acknowledgement of reciept. I know their processing takes long, but please explain it. Thanks. cc: @justwise, @smslive2, @raphrulz, @ifeoma77, @tojued, @mcstan18 |

Unionised:If you're not a lawyer evaluating your LLB, IQAS is a NO NO. You will likely get AOR 90/100 days from date your courier delivered your documents. The ECA process with them takes about 6 months. My documents were delivered on Feb 7 and I'm still waiting but I'm not in a hurry so I can wait. You may wish to consider the other guys. There's a procedure for initiating a refund on their site |

My people good morning o, may this week be blessed for all of us. Please do I need to show proof of funds before entering the pool or is it when submitting application after ITA? |
Re: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program - Connect Here Part 7 by ladymarshall: 7:48am On Mar 25, 2019 |
Yes you should declare the visa refusal because when they do background checks after e-APR, they will find out and it will amount to misrepresentation, which is the most common reason for rejection. dedalove: |

When submitting. But if it is not a gift deed, POF should sit comfortably in your account at least 6 months before submission kentoski: 2 Likes |

Hi everyone. I am experiencing difficulties logging into my express entry page. After inputting my GCKEY log in details, the system takes me back to the IRCC home page instead of to the page where I can answer my security questions. I have used a different browser, still the same. It has been taking me in circles for a long time. Is anybody experiencing this? Pls What can I do to resolve this |

Good morning everyone. May this week bring a harvest of good news to all of us. @ifeoma @topsmamen @joo2018 & everyone else, please, I need information on adoption. I have a 13 year old cousin whose mum passed & whose dad isn't exactly available. She currently lives with an aunt of ours & I wouldn't mind adopting her. 1) would it be possible? 2) what are the legal implications, if any? 3) would this affect our application or cause extra scrutiny? 4)when can I commence the adoption process? I'm pre-ITA. 5)what other options do I have? I'd deeply appreciate your responses. Thank you 2 Likes |

Youtook: Yes, it's possible. The person here adopted her 15-year old niece and included her niece in her application. Also take a look at these FAQs. 7 Likes 5 Shares |
