Rwanda have their own problems and Nigeria have there own too. The so called drone may not be a threat to their national security but to us here it is.

Not banned. You have to get a licence. Getting the license is the problem

Not only a "license", you need an End-user certificate and security clearance from ONSA. That's the easier part. NCAA are making it up as they go along and do not have a clear process. You need to apply for an ROC - remote operators certificate to enable you launch a drone and this is where the challenge is. You need to have an operators manual and exposition manual.

Oh...and you have to be one of 7 companies cleared by ONSA to launch drones.

Rwanda is the country where Hutu and Tutsi killed each other in the millions just because oyibo like one tribe more than the other.

After all their foolish and idiotic killings, their eyes have now opened and they live in peace. I wonder how many of us will kill each other before Nigeria settles down in peace.

it's a pity people don't have information and they will just come and post rubbish on Nairaland.
What you are looking at is a program by white guys using that place as experiment.
that place is not the only place the experiment is going on. They are trying to see the result of using drones to deliver clinical aids to remote areas instead of boats or helicopters.
So far, they have been able to understand that it is faster and less expensive.
This is a simulation that will later be imitated all around the world.
Hence this is not done or funded by Rwandans as the OP is making it look.

God is the one that creates human beings and he is the one that judges everybody after death. Everybody's judgment is different.
Those who know about 10 commandments will be judged based on 10 commandments. Those who know about Jesus Christ and Baptism (born again) forgiveness, love... will be judged based on that.
