- Technical Account Managers

The Technical Account Manager has an unparalleled passion for service delivery, providing technical advice and account management services to Microsoft Premier customers deploying Microsoft solutions. Customer satisfaction will be the measure of your success. You will require a relevant IT tertiary qualification; ITIL and MOF certifications are preferred. It is essential that you have a minimum of 5 years demonstrated corporate MIS experience, in-depth knowledge of Distributed systems Architecture, experience in Operations Management, outstanding knowledge of Microsoft technologies, Project Management skills and exposure to Account Management through the development and management of SLAs using MOF and/or ITIL principles.


- Enterprise Strategy Consultant

The Enterprise Strategy Consultant provides strategic vision and architecture guidance for customers. The ideal candidates must have experience in developing strategy plans for enterprise customers, a sound knowledge of Microsoft products, competitive tools and technologies for both infrastructure and development disciplines. Knowledge of and experience in the development and application of architecture for complex business processes, coupled with in-depth knowledge of Project Management and Enterprise Architecture, are essential.


- Public Sector and Education Account Manager

We require the services of a Public Sector and Education Account Manager to drive business development and revenue generation by proactively engaging with the Public Sector. This candidate will act as trusted advisor and preferred partner in the delivery of IT solutions and partner effectively with the selected Microsoft partner base to deliver Microsoft products, strategy, services and solutions to the public sector.
This position requires ability to develop business relationships, people management and business strategy and development.


- Large Opportunity Manager

This role includes driving and developing growth opportunities within the Mid Market. The LOM will be responsible for managing large strategic deals which will involves strategic wins, highly competitive situations, complex server deals, or large deals that are at risk of not being renewed. The ability to build relationship across all levels of the organisation is required as this position involves a strong Customer focus.


- Developer and Platform Evangelist

The Developer Evangelist (DE) has a technical role with a focus on influencing technology decision makers in customer accounts, at partners, and in academia, as well as engaging with the broad community of developers and students, and driving excitement around developer-related technologies, which include. Net Framework, Visual Studio, Windows Server, Office, and Vista. The successful candidates will have at least 5 years' NET development background with 3-5 years' business consulting and/or marketing experience.
