Pls how much chance to a western indigene stand in gettin admission at a.B.U cos i want to pick em nxt year

guys, i need ur help o .i have not gone for registration since all dis days because of my indeigen cert. i have been in my home town i.e sokoto state to collect it since last 2 weeks but d serki of my vil. went 4 hajj and have not returned to sign it.what should i do please?can i go 4 reg. without it?help me 2 find out please. i dont want to miss dis opportunity.waiting 4 ur replys.

Good afternoon.^^ It is the chairman of your LGA that will sign it now. If He's not around, anybody in the office can sign and stamp it. Pls don't play with your admission o. @c.funk, long time. Hope you're ok. As for the 2nd list, I pray God'll answer our prayers. @Junbee, your chamber are slim except if you lead your counterpart in your state but God has the final say. Good luck@all.
