Overall Job Purpose
• To assist in the planning and coordination of the MD’s office / business activities activities through the effective management of delegated duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Managing Director
• To provide routine administrative support to the MD’ office
• Effectively manage delegated duties and responsibilities

Main Tasks
• Assist:
o To coordinate the MD’s scheduled activities
o In responding to selected external/general correspondence of the MD
• Arrange and co-ordinate meetings and events. Represent the MD at certain meetings /events
• Liaise with vendors / Business Counterparts of the MD or the company
• Maintain proper professional files, records and reports to enable easy retrieval of documents and reference materials
• Conduct necessary research, collect and analyse data to prepare reports and documents
• Liaise and interact with internal staff at all levels and external clients
• Co-ordinate project-based work
• As directed respond to external / internal visitor enquiries

• Ability to maintain confidentiality / discretion of all information

Requirements
• Minimum OND qualification
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in an SME type environment.
