How’s your day going? Today I’m going to be sharing tips on how to stay clean and confident whenever you decide to get down with that girl/guy you have been toasting.




Like it or not, sex is a very messy affair. It’s slippery, wet and has it’s characteristic aromas too. All these are normal provided they don’t poison your airway, blind you or corrode your skin. But just because it’s messy doesn’t mean it shouldn’t be fun; you should see kids frolicking in dirt. Sadly, since the beginning of time, there have been complaints and horror stories that have come from people who had the worst encounters with a guy/girl.

So, sexual hygiene is very important before, during and after you have sex. Some of you ladies complain he’s a one minute man but it could just be that the fumes coming out from there is killing Oga’s blood flow. Lol guys balls do stink too.

HYGIENE BEFORE SEX

1) Shave your pubes: get rid of all the bushy excess hair in both your armpits and down there. If you won’t shave completely, a nice low trim will do. Guys trim your beards as the pricks from the coarse hairs on your faces can be uncomfortable sometimes; you can also trim your chest hair if you like. Shave your balls completely so you have hair trapping sweat and moisture and giving off any offensive odor. No girl would love to run her tongue all over you if you look like a mop. Ladies, please ehn, shave and trim as low as possible. It’s not nice when a guy decides to go down on you only to meet strands of hair he can use as toothpick. Remember, you work better when your working environment is clean and organized.

2) Brush your teeth: please please and please, brush your teeth and clean your mouth properly in the process. Scrub your tongue and gargle so you can also clean out your throat. Floss if you can. Keep a bottle of mouth wash at all times and some chewing gum at arms reach. Try not to eat spicy food before action so you don’t uproot someone’s lungs with your foul breath.

3) Empty your bowels and bladder: poo and pee before action. This frees up your intestines if you’re the freaky couple who enjoy exploring the back ways and emptying your bladder pushes out any bacteria causing infection and also helps you avoid pausing a mind blowing session so you can go and pee. It’s awkward when you drop a horrible fart while he/she is hitting from the back.

4) Shower: take a good long bath before she comes over. Scrub and clean and wash every corner of your body. Guys scrub your pubic region well. Maneuver your b@lls as you scrub them spotlessly clean. Wash your shaft properly and clean your an@l crevices properly. Ladies, you don’t need to douche, use warm water and your hands and rinse out properly, for the girls with large labia, a little soap to wash all the folds is advisable. Wash your ears, ears lobes, fingers underneath your fingernails, your feet(for those that have smelly feet), your back, your hair(very important!), your armpits(this cannot be overemphasized) and rinse your nose well with water. Cleanliness is next to godliness, that’s why greek women always fell for greek gods after they took human form.

5) Wear fresh underwear: hello how would you wear a day old pair of underwear when you know there’s some action coming?? Clean, crisp underwear is what you should look out for; it should not be torn or looking dead from decades of non stop use. Spice things up with some sexy strings and briefs too.

6) Accessorize: wear a nice but mild deodorant. Oil and comb out your hair. Avoid jewelries because of injuries. Clean your ear and ear canals with q-tips or cotton buds. Cut your nails.
