It's kinda hard but try desymovies.com, all their indian movies list are subtitled in english but few links are working, but I do is I search Bollywood movies on einthusan.com click it and copy the link and paste it on keepvid.pro or savefrom.net, then I download it. (FYI, the downloaded films from these site are 360p, 720X350 resolution). 98% of einthusan movies are english subtitles. Goodluck bro.
