it all depends on your market.

If you are a startup the answer is no but if you have been in the business perhaps on a small scale you can grow or extend the business using the we can currently advertise/sell in property section of Nairaland. It produces 5000blocks per day and up to 90sqm of interlocks per day; selling price is just N2million/unit.

But for N6million, the owner must have been given an LPO from any of these construction giant to supply products constantly for atleast 2-3years contract.

If you are thinking of investing in the business I'll advise you to start small - we currntly have about 15units of Machines available in our warehouse at Apapa.
