In case you don’t know what bad mouth breath is all about, I shall do a brief explanation of what bad breath popularly known as mouth odour is.

WHAT IS BAD BREATH?

According to medicinenet in this post, Bad breath, or halitosis, is characterized by an unpleasant odor of the mouth, which could be caused by food, tobacco products, poor dental hygiene etc…

You will agree with me that, it’s natural to have some kind of fowl breath from your mouth every morning right? Before I talk about how to prevent bad breath in the morning, you should also know certain things.

Now, the crux of the matter is, there are some biological reasons for bad breath in the morning, this could be as a result of some leftover pigments on your tooth, or it could be as a result of the kind of meal you took the previous day.

Trust me,

The food you eat can play a vital role on how your breath smells; mouth odour as the case may be is a horrible situation and can kill your self esteem.

In order to know how to prevent bad breath in the morning, you must check you diets, personal hygiene especially after meals at bedtime.

However, with this post, you will learn how to avoid bad breath learn some basic homemade remedies for bad breath treatment.

The best thing for bad breath is getting to know about what to use for bad breath. While many physicians will recommend mouthwash for bad breath, others will recommend a detailed mouth odour treatment.

A person who consumes edibles like raw onion, ginger and garlic, will wake up to have a bad breath.
An adult, who consumes alcohol before bed time, is open to bad breath and mouth odour.
An adult with mouth sores has high tendency of developing mouth odour

Do you know that drinking lots of water will generally give you a fresher mouth. Rustle cold water around your mouth every now and then. This is especially effective in getting rid of morning breath.

You can also produce a good lemon rinse by adding a tablespoon of lemon juice to one cup of water and rinsing your mouth with it.

Apple Cider Vinegar

Apple cider vinegar is great at balancing pH levels which makes it quite efficient at remedying bad breath. Take a tablespoon of raw apple cider vinegar and after adding it to a glass of water, drink the solution before taking meals.

This will do great for your digestion and treat bad breath. on the other hand, you can add some apple cider vinegar to a cup of water and simply gargle.

Baking Soda

Use baking powder to make an alcohol-free mouthwash. Take one cup of water and to it add a teaspoon of baking soda.

To it add a few drops of peppermint essential oil which has antimicrobial properties. The baking soda will help control acid levels in your mouth and will fight off mouth odor.

fine article but you did not put up the prevention. ...one best way to prevent bad breadth in the morning is to chew bitter koala as last thing at nite before you sleep.....you can take alligator pepper too. this helps
