Already frustrated at the long list of goals yet to be attained this year and before you think of giving up, here's a little something as a reminder.

First is that;
- a goal doesn't work itself out (no matter how good).
- a goal is just perhaps another list (that requires lot of work).
- achieving a goal isn't automatic.
- having too many or few goals don't mean success.

So, if you agreed with that. Then let's tell ourselves these truths.
- have goals but always carry the Mind to execute it.
- Focus on your goals all the time.
- have a Way of looking at your goals all the time. (You could try writing it out in many pieces of paper, stick it everywhere including inside your toilet)

I tell you why, what you see everyday you fall in love with even though you may not have the capacity to fulfill it just yet.

And lastly, learn to look and not look back because that's one way not to get distracted from one's goals.
