What drives you everyday, with no belief in God and by implication no external meaning to life? For those(atheists) suffering everyday doing hard labor or earning below living wages or sickle cell patients etc., what stops you from quitting(commit suicide)?

How do you find meaning in life? Cognitive dissonance? Or what philosophy of life do you subscribe to?
