Why not a Camaro SS? Handles better than the Challenger and is pretty darn fast. Btw, the Hellcat was introduced in 2015. Before then, you'll have to make do with the Hemi engines. Not quite as fast as the Hellcat engines but I think they topped out at 480 HP or so.

I'd personally take a Camaro SS or a 2011+ Mustang with the Coyote engine over the Challenger.
