The best he can get is a rerun which he will eventually still lose.

PDP the only Nationalist party in Nigeria with at least one state in the 6 geopolitical zones and 2 in the dullards region of the North West, unlike the regional janjaweeed party.

Osun state is next.

See consolation. I hope he doesn't intervene when he is removed

I am not fooled by this judgement. This is just a ploy by the acting CJN to make him appear fair, so that he will remain as the CJN and possibly be allowed to sit in judgement on the case that Atiku will eventually bring to the supreme court. This is where he will do his hatchet job of awarding Buhari the legal victory, that will authenticate his presidency.

I hope PDP strategists are deft enough to follow my logic on this. This is just a game plan. Award PDP a state, and give APC the country, while at the same time, making the acting CJN seem straight-forward. Don't fall for this oldest trick in the book
Pdp has nothing to proof, just playing minds game like ekiti election

Don't be deceived to believe that PDP is popular in Zamfara State.

The elections result speak it all.

Don't forget that it was APC that took APC to court. And it was done deliberately to hit at Yari, the governor.

Do not celebrate yet. The apex court ordered that the runner-up candidate be sworn in if he fulfils the constitutional requirement of getting one quarter of the total votes cast in at least two-third of the local government areas of the state.

Here is the analysis:

Total votes cast: 810,782
APC: 534,541 votes
PDP: 189,452 votes

So PDP must have got 202,696 to clinch the governor seat of Zamfara state.

Let's all Digest this please

The court ruled that all votes cast for Apc in the election is invalid, so those votes will not count in calculating the 2/3 votes.

Rants of a riffraff

You seem to be the riffraff here going about constituting a nuisance mentioning a dead meat slave boy Uche Nwosu.
Ihedioha is Governor of Imo, accept this fact and live with it for the next 8 yrs.
Now listen, thats if the tribunal does not strike out Uche Nwosu's baseless case.
Look at the following criterias that was used to declare Ihedioha winner:
- Having scored the highest number of total valid votes by a landslide spread accross the 3 Senatorial zones in Imo.
- Having scored 25% of total valid votes in 2/3rd (18+) LGA's of 27 LGA's in Imo.
Now paraventure your wish is even considered that a rerun between the winner and the runner up is conducted, look at your possible scenarios:
- I am sure you are witnessing accolades Imo stakeholders are showering on the man Ihedioha, with various parties decamping and joining the PDP.
- With a certificateless Rochas whose hope to become a senator has been dashed, as there would be a possible rerun after PDP asumes leadership in Imo, I don't need to tell you which party will carry the day.
- Should there be a rerun, can your Uche Nwosu garner up to 50,000 votes with all the monies he stole, who would want to associate with a failure.
- That is if Uche Nwosu wount be on the run as he and his father-in-law will be probed, when the new sheriff in town constitutes his cabinet and other appointments are made as well as the composition of the House members whom would be loyal to the new boss, who would want to be seen in public or associated with iberiberism.
- With these and many more scenarios, just forget it Uche Nwosu can never be governor.

note; zamfara has 3 senatorial seats and 7 Rep members

You really can't be sure. Our politics is dynamic and always unpredictable. Watch out how APC bigwigs and the grassroot mobilizers would start decamping to PDP in the next two years. No politician want to be idle, they would sooner than expected pledged their loyalty to the incoming governor. This is a fact, a bitter pill to swallow.

Brilliant analysis. Real possible outcome.

The national spread of the pdp is why I believe they will get to power sooner or later.
They just need an exceptional candidate.

If apc runs with tinubu, then it could be as early as 2023.
