What seems normal at a time has now become an addiction!There is nothing wrong playing with one's private part,but when it get to the point,you can't do without it and it has now become your only reference point to relief your stress and tension, then it way beyond your control it has now become an addict.To guys when you masturbate you spill, and that fuild is a seed that can produce life,but via masturbation they are wasted(I call this,an abortion in its First stage).secondly when you masturbate it leave some sense of guilt within and this is can affect your self-esteem and level of articulation in communication. Thirdly when you masturbate as you spill,you loose strength and feel weak.finally no one engage in masturbation without creating sexual pictures in his or her mind or watching pornography.Although there are cases, where you may be taking your bath and it just happened.After masturbation your sexual organs are not always the same physically,but it may sustain some injuries because of the ramming process,soap or cream,wood, candle,carrot or cumcuber applied.Offcourse by now you and I should clearly see that masturbation is not a healthy practice. how can you break this addict: 1. You need a mental shift,if all you see and think is sex, it will lead to masturbation,as a man thinketh so is he(Pro 23:7) 2. Avoid lonely locations 3.Engage your mind positively 4.Avoid pornography 5.
