Step 5: Expected outcomes:

This step is simple, I simply outline the results expected to be achieved by the organization after successful completion of the project.
The outcome may be qualitative or qualitative or both. I try to make it as quantitative as possible because donor agencies always prefer quantitative results. You can have upto five expected outcomes that are in line with the objectives and goals of the project. Once you have completed this step, then move onto the next step…..
