Imagine a soldier man having his own boys( thugs to be precise) . Ordering them to block the road and extort motorist.

Imagine a state, lagos to be precise. You paid your nepa bill and your wire still gets disconnected. Just because they brought a bill of 5k you paid 4k and someone who did illegal connection will bribe them with 5h.


Evil everywhere. Once you wanna fight them or take them to the tribunal, some tribal bigot will support their act.
