One upon a cordial relationship that existed between the owner and Chairman emeritus of DAAR Communications Plc, owners of African Independent Television, AIT and Raypower, Chief Raymond Dokpesi and one his versatile anchors on AIT, Gbenga Aruleba has scattered like a badly arranged cards. Gbenga, Aruleba who used to anchor one of the most popular political programs on Nigerian Television, “Focus Nigeria”, was asked to resigns his position as Group Head, Reportorial and also, his job at the company, by the management of the media house but has refused to resign, daring the owners of the station to sack him if they’ve got the liver to do so.

According to insider in the broadcasting house, the war between Dokpesi and Gbenga started immediately Goodluck Jonathan lost his reelection bid as the president of Nigeria. The insider revealed that Dokpesi used Gbenga and some others top journalists to execute dirty political jobs during Jonathan’s regime.
