Spondylosis simply refers to the degenerative changes in the spine such as bone spurs and degenerating intervertebral dics between the vertebrae. Please read more on it and you can also google it too. Have a nice day. Simply put in a layman's term, when the bones in your back (especially the lower back) is going bad.
