they can strap it to the chair if they want. if there is any emergency the person sited on the chair will press the button to eject. mean while the enabling control button will be in the cockpit. i know its possible, if they can make a plane fly, is it the parachute that will be difficult for them?

Must aircraft have their fuel storage tank by the wings, I guess that should be the reason because in the case of fire it will likely start from there. Just my opinion.
