There is no Supreme Court option for Oni because the Court of Appeal is the final court for gubernatorial election disputes.

Oni knew he never won that election and as such has nothing to complain over.
He was forced on the populace by the OBJ do-or-die politics which is now being dismantled everywhere.
PDP have no place in SW and 2011 is their watershed.Osun state tribunal will also follow before Oyo and Ogun state
will be totally liberated come 2011.
