you know I am starting to think sowore just like nnamdi kanu are inside men who just turn up out of the blue when an agenda has to be pushed by the government. i think both of them are CIA agents. immediately after the election he disappeared without saying a word after he has accomplished his agenda and then now all of a sudden he shows up again when they are swearing in ministers.

Nigeria jaga jaga everything scatter scatter, poor man dey suffer suffer - Eedris Abdul Kareem.

The above lyrics was still when Nigeria had a little hope now we are being ruled by a lifeless president that has made everything worse. Fulani herdsmen causing havoc everywhere, Boko Haram killing, naira now 360 to dollar, fuel now 145 per litre, is this the change Nigeria voted for.

Now they have arrested a man who has future plans to help this country, which way naija.
The way to Cotonou....

Dey dere dey ask...

After the protest on 5th August, what next? Go back to business as usual and wail and cry.

Nigerian youths should stop wasting their time and be precise about tackling problems being faced. We all have local govt chairmen and councillors in the different areas we live. We have governors and state reps in the states we live. These are the government closest to us. We need to first tackle and deal with the ones closest to us before jumping to federal government.

I can bet that many nigerians do not know the state senator representing their constituency, or their LG chairman or councillors and do not even care to know them. Everyday people go about their businesses through terrible roads in their neighbourhood and there has never been any form of protest against the bad roads, instead you see them hailing their useless chairmen and governors anytime the visit their areas.

The danfo drivers who are always forming strong men and toutish behaviour are still falling mugus paying agberos, getting arrested if papers are not complete but not bothered about fighting and protesting against our terrible roads. Go to V.I and lekki where the so called educated elites live and see how terrible the roads are...these are people who pay taxes ooo, yet rather than protest and tackle the LG and state govt, they buy bigger SUV. their roads are always flooded due to bad drainage and roads but they dont care.
Most times I wonder what we go to church and mosque for...seems like we just go there to waste our time because most nigerians are extremely selfish. Once they are okay with their family, they dont care what happens to others.

By the time people start to tackle LG chairmen asking for explanations as to reasons why they have bad roads in their LG and maybe beat some of them up mercilessly, the reps and governors will seat up. by the time you dont welcome them and sing their praises anywhere you see them, and they know they'll get beaten anywhere they go if they refuse to perform, they will seat up.

It is not by protesting ooo. It is by action. Sample your LG chairmen first, make those ones first collect all over the country so them go know say matter don they pass be careful. E get the level wey the thing go reach, even police go throway face because the suffer dey touch them too.

You've said it all.

I just want to know what exactly are the agenda and demands in the protest and what is the end goal, the plan for after the protest?
Are we asking for regime Change? By what means? Resignation? Another elections? Impeachment? And for who to take over after any change-if that's the demand and if it works?
Are we asking for some particular new policies in government? Or more enforcement of some existing laws and improved efficiency and effectiveness of some particular government institutions? Which ones? How?
Will there be any constitutional or legal demands or actions? Which? How?

We know there are issues but what exact changes do we want to see? Especially if we believe the government is bereft of solutions. So what solutions are we ordering/presenting?

The list is endless, but we are yet to hear any concrete plan or goal or demands or line of action, as regards the protest.

People want to be part of something that has a clear mission and goal and objective and direction. Short term, long term. Before, during, after. And method. If not it appears aimless.
