If you have been using fetswallet for any online payment of bills or what ever please choose another means to avoid being disappointed like me.
Usually, I pay for ibedc electricity bill on fetswallet and as usual on the 1st of October (independence day), I requested to buy another ibedc prepaid token. Unfortunately, my card was debited while token was not sent. Immediately, I got a notice from them that I should approach ibedc customer care with a reference number (GTB/web/3PWQ0001/FETS/011019161140/T34VTWEJ).
The following day, I was at ibedc office at Joju in Sango ota,Ogun state. After my complain, Ibedc customer care told me that my money is with fetswallet that I should write to their customer care.
Without ado, I sent a mail to fetswallet customer care which they acknowledged and told me it will be looked into.
To this time, no feedback from fetswallet and I have also sent a reminder upon reminder but was not responded.
I visited their Facebook page and there I read a lot of people in the same shoe as mine. Then I know we have been scammed.
Fetswallet is nothing but scam. Do away from them

This is the third time I am reading another negative story about Fetswallet.

Nor be by force to collect fintech license if you can't satisfy your customers.

I have used fetswallet for over five years now without issue. If you will ask me,I will tell you that the problem is from you. The problems is that you have uploaded your commission of the transaction to your wallet,thereby making it impossible for reversall. I will suggest you make transactions that will give you enough commission that is equivalent of the commission they gave you on that Eedc transaction.
