It is obvious Boris Johnson's bluster worked! His ''I no send" attitude seemed to have done some magic.

It is still early days. Both sides would suffer in the face of an untidy exit but the UK the most. Losing access to a $600b U.K market no be beans.

Anyway, Brexit was stupid. It will affect the British economy for years to come, crimping growth.

Obviously as you stated UK will suffer the loss the more. Michel Barney, Cheif EU negotiator really got a good deal on the behalf of the EU and more importantly Ireland. Boris has lot to contend with Parliament for the 'shabby' deal. He indirectly ceded Northern-Ireland to the European union.

European Union and British negotiators have agreed on an outline Brexit deal – but it still needs to be backed by EU member states and by the respective parliaments.

European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker tweeted “We have one! It’s a fair and balanced agreement for the EU and the UK and it is testament to our commitment to find solutions.”

https://twitter.com/JunckerEU/status/1184764705384124416?s=19

We’ve got a great new deal that takes back control — now Parliament should get Brexit done on Saturday so we can move on to other priorities like the cost of living, the NHS, violent crime and our environment

https://twitter.com/BorisJohnson/status/1184764798107602944?s=19

British Prime Minister Boris Johnson tweeted that the two sides had struck a “great new deal” and urged UK lawmakers to ratify it in a special session on Saturday.

That could be a challenge – the leaders of his key Northern Ireland ally immediately said they remained opposed to the Brexit deal.

8 + other far right Northern Political leaders.

I hope the above Northern Political leaders having been following the BREXIT NEWS in Europe and getting themselves abreast with the modern way of going about issues peacefully and getting an agreement.

That is what Nigeria Political leaders particularly in Northern Nigeria including the southern part must imbibe.

The ongoing call for restructuring and the implementation of the 2014 national conference report is supposed to be address peacefully without any threat from any part of Nigeria.

Unfortunately, Junaid Mohammed a northern political leader have been threatening the good people of southern Nigeria that the North will remove any southern leader that trys to implement restructuring.

Bode George a former Pdp chieftain from the south west describe Junaid Mohammed comment as UNBECOMING OF A STATESMAN being a veteran northern politician who is supposed to be matured in his utterances by speaking words that will promote national unity and discourage disunity.

I make bold to say that NIGERIA CAN NOT CONTINUE THIS MILITARY IMPOSED UNITARY CONSTITUTION.

POLITICAL POWERS MUST BE DEVOLVE FROM THE FEDERAL LEVEL WHERE A LOT OF MONEY IS BEING LOOTED AND WASTED AND POWER BROUGHT DOWN TO THE STATES OR THE REGION.

The old politicians like Late Chief Obafemi Awolowo, Dr. Nnamdi Azikiwe, Sir, Ahmadu Bello, Chief Anthony Enahoro and a host of others of blessed memories did not go to the London UK conference to negotiate for slavery for their own people.

They went to negotiate the Independence constitution with the hope of a better deal for their own people.

It is totally unacceptable that one region must continue to impose the policy direction of Nigeria.

That will be totally unfair to a greater generality of Nigerians.

THERE SHOULD ALSO BE A NIGERIAN KIND OF "BREXIT" FROM THE MILITARY IMPOSED UNITARY STRUCTURE.

We are also not leaving out TOTAL INDEPENDENCE of the Regions so that all of us can go our own separate ways.

If we want to operate a CONFEDERAL STRUCTURE. That will equally be fine at least for a start.

But the present Nigeria system needs a total overhaul.

It has heavily weigh down on the progress of Nigeria as a country.

This is ludicrous! The ceding of Northern Ireland. I just hope the Protestants there don't feel betrayed.

It wasn't all bluster all along. He was ready to negotiate and he obviously knew Brexit would be ugly no matter which way it went but still strove for economic independence. These nationalist are simply obstinate. The economy will pay the price.

Point of correction. Boris wasn't entirely interested in negotiating with the EU on brexit. Left to him, he was ready to get out of the EU come what may. He even 'prorogue' the parliament to prevent further debates on 'a deal'. It was actually the queen that reopened parliament and forced the prime Minister to go secure a deal with the EU. Obviously, he would be negotiating from the position of weakness considering that time was no longer on their side.

I would have preferred a disruptive BREXIT so that it's folly would have been.obvious and another referendum would be carried out. As I see it, Britain will be in limbo land for years to come

Brexit- Britain exiting European Union. Just like Nigeria deciding to exit Ecowas. Although not sure but I think if the brexit deal finally goes through, EU countries won’t have free visa access to UK anymore.

higher visa fees, hingest 100% increment and Nigerians i know can pay anything as long as they are guaranteed of leaving this country. I think brexit happened mainly because of free visa immigrants from EU countries flooding the country especially from poor Eastern European countries.

It won’t affect UEFA because some countries like Russia, Turkey, Israel, and maybe Cyprus are not member of EU yet they participate in EUFA games.
