1. Outline your goals- Write it down! Don't hold it in your head and decieve yourself that you will remember.

2. Break it down into small achievable tasks - Don't give yourself tasks that you know are impossible to achieve.

3. Give yourself a hard deadline

4. Identify the reason behind your procrastination- Own up to your shortcomings! That's one step time solving the problem.

5. Get away from any distraction- what distracts you from carrying out tasks? Is it your phone? Is it friends? Whatever it is do away with it.

6. Reward yourself for every completed task - and detriment for failed tasks

7. Set a few daily non negotiables- the tasks you must complete each day

8. Get an accountability partner - Someone you can open up to on your goals

9. Take it easy with yourself- Don't overtask yourself. Set a few achievable tasks once you achieve them, take some REST.
