Their Landlord's son who relocated back to his late dad house with wife and children 5months ago making life unbearable for them. The LAGOS STATE WATER CORPORATION have not been bringing BILL since early this year and all efforts made by the tenants to get bill from them prove abortive. Note: not only this building but the entire street or community. Weeks ago, he asked why they've not been paying water bill and he was told the water corporation has not been bringing BILL only for him to collect one of the previous bills, took it to water corporation office, they updated the amount on the bill but the month was not updated. Brought it back and asked the tenants (each tenant about 5k)to pay it by fire by force except his mom (THE LANDLADY)she doesn't pay for water but have her own flat and lives in the compound. The tenants started raising money but only for him to disconnected all the tenants from the Water leaving only him and his mom and still threatening padlocking the WELL too. Is he right or What should These Tenants do |

The tenants should gather and go to his flat and discuss the matter. If he does not agree and you feel you won't tolerate further,then start making plans to park out to a place where the landlord does not live in the same compound with the tenants. I won't advise you to take him to court. Samfloxin says so |
