The Bible says "pray for your enemies, bless those who curse you" and so on. That is true and good. Anyway, this passage is not an open cheque for unrepentant enemies to keep on perpetrating evil, all because he or she will be prayed for or blessed after messing up. We don't watch evil, we stop it.

Good example: What prayer should you pray for an unrepentant village witch that is killing people regularly? If you say "die", it may look unappealing to some; so this is the right prayer for unrepentant

PRAYER: Oh God to Whom Vengeance Belongs to, You detest evil, Stop the wickedness of the wicked now in Jesus name.

Anyhow God stops the wickedness of the wicked, fine.

The wicked also have the power to stop their own wickedness before God gets involved.

As Nigerians, we find it hard to break personal habits and behaviours that are detrimental. It doesnt mean we cant.
