Candido Lunches AMAC Microfinance Bank ATM Machine

The Chairman, Abuja Municipal Area Council (AMAC), Hon Abdullahi Adamu Candido, has yesterday launched AMAC Microfinance Bank ATM Machine for the ease of doing business and promise to ensure growth and sustainability of the bank and to make it acceptable and accessible to low income earners, it is driven to add value to trading, and improve the economy for the betterment of all.

He said this yesterday during the lunching of AMAC Micro Finance Bank ATM in Abuja, adding that the introduction of Micro Finance Bank is a new concept in governance that is trying to introduce innovation, to protect the interest of the community and to ensure the Bank join the league of Bankers in order to add value to the economic drive of the country.

He said AMAC Micro Finance Bank is just Eleven months old and we are trying to diversify the way we do things not just the Beurocracy nature but to also dwell on the economic part of life "We are trying to expose the area council to business world, to let Nigeria know that area council as a local government can as well compete with any Organisation even business in the out side world.

He however encouraged the residents to take advantage of this to improve their lots .

In the same vain, Chairman Board of Directors, AMAC Microfinance Bank, Mr Emmanuel Ohakim said this commissioning makes a lot of meaning to the council as a member of Board of Directors of the Bank and management because banking has been brought closer to the customer at continent.

He said customer do not need to come to the Bank before they will make transfer, deposit or withdraw, this ATM machine work at any time day or night and it has make micro Finance Bank very easy.

Micro Finance Banking is targeted at those at lower range of the ladder to ensure they have access to micro Finance services, adding that they attend to market men and women and the youth, we give loan to groups, individuals, loans to the poor and the needy those who are afraid to go to big banks.

Also speaking, the managing Director, CEO, AMAC Microfinance Bank, Michael Ikechukwu Nzegwu Assured the public that the machine is to serve and to bridge the financial gap having done the traffic analysis as a regard to the Society where the ATM is mounted and assured the public that all measure have been put in place to make sure that there is efficient and systematic way of always making sure AMAC machine dispense cash at any time.
