I see a lot of young lads today forming alpha especially in nairaland and it disgust me cause they don't know the true meaning of an alpha, well that's why am here to give the fact as it is.
What is an Alpha? Alpha refers to a dominant person or their behavior,especially with respect to socially aggressive, hyper masculine men.
Alpha is the first letter in the Greek alphabet, its privileged
position lending itself as a metaphor for primacy or
superiority since at least the 1300s in English.
By the 1870s, scientists were using the term alpha male to
refer to the most dominant male animal in a group—like an
alpha wolf, who achieves top-dog status through aggressive
behavior. By the 1970s, scientists extended alpha to human
behavior, describing men who, through various forms of
social power, acquire wealth, prestige, sexual partners, and
other resources valued by their peers.
The alpha male is that type: admired in the suave cool of
James Bond, parodied in the manic Patrick Bateman
(Christian Bale) in the 2000 film American Psycho, feared in
Daniel Day Lewis as Daniel Plainview in the 2007 There Will
Be Blood, far-too-fawned-over in Brad Pitt’s Tyler Durden in
the 1999 bro-classic Fight Club, and loved-and-hated in John
Hamm’s Don Draper from the Mad Men TV series in the
2000s.By the 2010s, the sense of alpha showed some narrowing on
the internet, shifting from a male who achieved success and
status in general to a male who could easily get a lot of girls
in bed or who liked sports and was bro-ish. The manosphere also calls these alphas bluepilled normalfags. But you see the so called alphas we have now are what we call 'stereotypes'.
THE TRUE ALPHA
When most boys or men hear about alpha they think of things like:
A tough macho man that bullies others to do their bidding and has a bevy of ladies fighting to get his attention. That feels good but that example is not an alpha but a stereotype.
You see becoming an alpha without becoming a stereotype is about one thing called “mindset“. If you are think you are an alpha without the proper mindset,you are like an ugly fat girl who try to hide her unattractiveness with flashy jewelry,loads of makeup and an exotic dress. Not like am bashing ugly girls but am just telling it how it is. Do you find this girls attractive? Of course not because you can see through their fake exterior.
Well oops that's right that exactly what people think when they see a wannabe stereotype try to "act alpha" especially girls,trust me when I say they will see through it in a minute because girls are extremely intuitive. So with that aside how can u become a True Alpha.
Becoming a true alpha
To become a true alpha and not just a wannabe that argues online with feminist,misandrist and blue pilled lads you got to have something. This thing is so easy to attain but u see people struggle hard to get,what is that one thing u need well u are reading the right post cause I will give u the answer for free, it is called TRUE CONFIDENCE.
What is true confidence? By definition "True Confidence is being less invested in peoples perceptions about u than in your preception about yourself".A lack of True Confidence causes you to chronically seek validation and approval from others since you don’t give it to yourself. The way to build True Confidence is to invest more in oneself especially if you want to get the ladies.
Women are generally only attracted to men who are less invested in them than they are.By investment I mean the degree to which you sacrifice/alter your own thoughts/feelings/motivations for someone else. By less I mean that as a man, you should sacrifice your thoughts/feelings/motivations for a woman less than she is willing to do for you.
That may sound cold and yes, it made me squirm a little bit when I first realized it. But it’s true.
As humans, we’re wired to be drawn to people who value their selfperception more than our perception of them. Think of the most confident people you know and you’ll see it’s true.The high status man displays True Confidence. The low status man displays little of it.
True Confidence is not consciously calculated by women, or people in general. I guarantee you will not see women walking around with confidence scorecards any time soon.
Confidence is felt. It’s intuited by women. It’s instinctual. Women unconsciously detect it bywatching a man’s behavior carefully. It’s why women can often become turned off at the most innocuous moment or by the most unimportant statement. Consciously, the action or statement may seem harmless, but unconsciously, it conveyed everything they need to know about your status: by your lack of confidence.
As you are probably aware, women can be unconfident as well. And although a lack of confidence is a turn-off for most men, it’s not as influential as it is for most women.
To most women, a man with True Confidence is like a woman with perfect tits and a gorgeously sculpted ass. To a woman, a man with no confidence is like having the worst breath and missing teeth. So you get the idea and u want to possess true confidence. How do u get it? Well I will give u that on my next post which discusses not just that but how to become an alpha lady charmer.
