A Hundred Percent: What All The Apostles Had In Common

Today "everyone" wants bear the title "Apostle", but if only most of them knew what it required to be an apostle, they'd know how unfit and unqualified they are to bear that title.

But it seems that they don't really care about whether or not they qualify, or have what it takes to bear the title, because they are only after the respect that comes with being called an Apostle.

The most important thing is not bearing the title, but being the title, because for anyone to become an Apostle of Christ, the person must have at least given God a hundred percent.

So anyone who is yet to give God a hundred percent which is the minimum requirement to become an apostle, but yet bearing the title, is only doing so in vain, because a hundred percent was what all the Apostles had in common.

So they may have had different doctrines, different perspectives, different gifts, different revelations, different interpretations of the Word, different levels of understanding of the Word, different ministries, different assignments, different styles, differences among themselves, and even made some mistakes, but what all the Apostles of Christ had the same of was a hundred percent.

A hundred percent is when God gives you a hundred percent (without reservations) because you have given Him same. {Genesis 22:16-18; Matthew 19:29}

A hundred percent is the point where God forgets He is God and begins to swear by Himself on how He would bless you. {Genesis 22:16-18}

A hundred percent is the point when a mere mortal becomes the friend of the immortal God. {Isaiah 41:8; John 15:15}

A hundred percent is the Will of God for every human being.

And a hundred percent was even before the coming of Jesus, for instance, that was the level where God wanted to take Abraham to when He asked him to sacrifice his son Isaac.

For though Abraham already walked with God prior to that, that was the moment Abraham gave God a hundred percent and hence became a friend of God.

And the only difference between a hundred percent before Christ, and a hundred percent after Christ, is a hundred percent of the Spirit of God's capacity resting upon man.
