Some sell food stuffs beverages etc. Some sell foods too like soup, rice, beans. Some sell tea bread and egg even fried yam and plantain.

They have relatives or wife who brings in this this things.

I'm speaking as a living witness having visited the prisons for church fellowships.

How big is the prison yard farm?Not that big because the prison itself isn't that big.
Even at that not all the proceeds go to the prisoner,just a fraction,more like labourers wages.
