As in eh? Talk about 21-yrs wasted, on top wetin??
On top looking for greener pastures! Seriously, even if he started with selling gala or "pure" water anywhere in nigeria, after 20 years he would have been better off than wasting all those years playing hide-and-seek with the police in oyibo land. Now 55, no wife, no children, no job, where will he start?

The beauty of the story is that he didn't for once taught of returning to Nigeria. It took him many years and he turned a good person. He didn't allow the harshness of poverty or frustration make him a gangsta. He was good and the people saw the kindness in him and helped him.
May our helper locate us this year 2020. IJN. Amen.

There are so many people like these. No family, lost touch back home because of shame. Some of your relatives abroad you have lost touch with are not lost. This is their reality

His life will finally begin at 55. All these years people at home must have been expecting a lot from him not knowing his predicament.
Could it have been better if he had come home and applied to another country

How some people reasons baffles me. That you are making it here due to some opportunity that came your way through family or friends is not always the same with every other person.
Better for him because he might have been dead by now if he had decided to return home or still struggling for ends meet.

Presently, sleeping in Buses in UK is far better than sleeping in a mansion in Banana island, Lagos.

Though it tarry, wait for it it will surely come. After 21 years, he has finally gotten a leave to remain

May 2020 bestow upon us those blessings that have eluded us for previous years

One thing a lot of people don't know is that achievement is subjective. The leave to remain might be what he wanted all along and he'll be satisfied.

That you can't sacrifice that much for something doesn't mean that others can't sacrifice their comfort and suffer much to achieve that.

Wasted destiny!
The deluded runneth when no man pursueth!

Did you kill the president's mother of Nigeria that made you to waste more than 20 years of your life running for nothing? Do you realise the percentage or portion of that magnitude in your entire life?

What else can you do at 55 years when you should be considering and gearing for the retirement?

This is why I hate church people. They will do everything and even spend to keep you in your misery while praising themselves that they are doing good.

Guy don't drown in your hatred for church and it's people..mtchw..is it church people responsible for your misery or unfortunate situation...so instead of facing your situation squarely for a change of story...you are looking for people to blame for your misery,.mtchww.

Be careful!.

This is not genuine news but a propaganda mission to have you glamorize about Britain. They're literally in a battle of their lives to have their former slaves a.k.a commonwealth nations linked to their economic ecosystem to be able to sustain their economy after exiting the EU- what France is doing in Francophone African countries.

This news is meant for you to see Britain in a good light, so you could be ruled in your sympathy. That's all its about.

Iff I could sit down and talk to the commonwealth nations, that country will die a natural death within 10 years, if enslaved people can come to their senses and realize how you're being tricked to love them, make them rich and to rule over you. The next 10 years in very critical for their survival.
