please help does OAU offer Mass Communication as a course before the unbundling into 7 courses? secondly, my niece dreams of Journalism as a career (basically news casting) is it advisable she studies Mass Communication or English Studies? Mass communication is now divided into 1. Journalism and media studies 2. Public relations studies 3. Advertising 4. Broadcasting 5. Film and multi-media studies 6. Development communication studies 7. Information and media studies if she's to study mass comm, I feel she'll have to go for Journalism and Media Studies....what do you guys think? |
