You say the man is dull but I tell you something worse. Do you know why he ruled Katsina for 8 years? The people of Katsina fell asleep after he took over so they did not know that 8 years had passed till he left and they woke up. Like the story of sleeping beauty; Nigerians are about to fall into a period of a long and deep refreshing sleep but for how long, I don't know.
