I am not supporting the actions of the other guy here. But, resorting to violence knowing fully well you have a devastating advantage over the other person is akin to criminal...

Don't you know a trained boxer's fists are weapons that can kill??! Some judges will equate them to a club, and convict him of aggravated assault.
