I heard that our President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan has honoured some public figures and dignitaries in Nigeria today. The said people were given different kinds of National awards such as GCFR, GCON, CFR, CON, OFR, OON, MFR, etc. Some of these people include: Dangote, Genevieve, Osita Iheme, Olu Jacobs, Kanayo. O. Kanayo, etc.

My question is WHY would our own first African inventor Chief Uwemedimo himself not be honoured by his own country. What is this country turning into?
