On one of my blogpost on thefitnessnotebook.com, I spoke of the importance of doing bodyweight exercises because of their immense benefits. Today it’s about one very important bodyweight exercise that I believe is still relatively unknown; THE BURPEE. It’s a good exercise to build your strength and stamina.
