If it was that easy, every country would do it. To manufacture electronic products, you have to have technical know how, massive investment, security. Most importantly, your product has to be as competitive as what obtains internationally.

Start by manufacturing electricity first. You cannot become industrialized without power supply. Advanced nations began making progress during the industrial revolution.

Start with toothpick and pen manufacturing first, and then, move to constant electricity generation before moving to electronics.
