The Supreme Court of Nigeria will today, tuesday give it final verdict on the application filed by the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, and its governorship candidate in Imo State Emeka Ihedioha, against the Governor Hope Uzodinma and his party, the All Progressives Congress, APC. Mr Ihedioha and the PDP had approached the court after the apex court on January 14 nullified his victory and declared Mr Uzodinma as the winner of the election. Mr Ihedioha was earlier declared the winner of the election by the electoral umpire, INEC. MackenzieSkyBlog understands that Ihedioha and the PDP are seeking to reverse the Supreme Court’s earlier judgment that sacked him (Ihedioha) as governor of Imo State and installed Senator Uzodinma of the ruling All Progressive Party (APC). Uncertain times! If the Supreme Court orders a rerun, Hope, Oshiomhole and APC will do everything both imaginable and unimaginable to manipulate their way to victory. Ihedioha needs divine intervention. |

 60 million gang of the supreme court go don they happy.. only supreme court justice make politician scared, I used to think the Judiciary was useless until I read the verdict of Justice Amina Augie lead panel on Bayelsa matter.. she not only berated APC, she also bragged that what ever supreme court rules is final here on earth and till even.. she then proceeded to issue out fines and penalties to big wig lawyer like Afe Babalola and wole Olanipekun for dearing to disturb them . |

Supreme court cannot reverse its judgement, even as the judgement is full of errors. However, it will be noted so as to avoid future occurrence. |
