In a worrying development for Juventus, another of their players has tested positive for coronavirus. According to El Nacional, Paulo Dybala is now in quarantine, with 121 members of club staff in voluntary isolation. El Nacional also note that Dybala’s team-mate, Gonzalo Higuain, is being monitored closely as it’s believed that he has recently been in contact with the 26-year-old. With the sporting calendar being decimated as the pandemic spreads at an alarming rate, the likelihood of any football being played again this season in Italy is looking more and more remote. The best advice for European football is for them to suspend all games all over Europe till June... They should resume their leagues in June , and since it remains roughly 10 weeks to the end of the season ... They should complete it in August and resume the following season a week 2 after... Postpone the euros till next summer ... This is the best decision... League champions and champions League champions will b crowned in August... The transfer window should resume immediately after they all hv been crowned and ends in mid September... Just b4 the start of the next CL |
