INCOME BEFORE ASSETS
=====================

I Know you want to build Wealth

You have been told to acquire assets which are things (Investments) that put money in your pocket

As against buying liabilities (Expenses) which are items that take money away from your pocket for maintenance.

This is the pattern the rich use to build wealth.

But you may be missing the more Vital truth.

The Rich have income streams that sponsor both their day-to-day expenses (very necessarily) as well as their Investments.

Listen!!!
Expenses may be vilified as _enemies of wealth building" but they are actually inevitable.

They include Food, transport, shelter, clothens, internet ( Data is life), utilities, and all the other things we cannot do without.
Plus other things we can do without though, that makes life enjoyable.

The idea is, we cannot entirely suspend Expenses in order to buy only assets. We can at best contrast them to the barest minimum.

Even if we have no expenses - Zero spending. We will still not be able to Buy assets or build wealth if we have no Money from INCOME.

Income is king. Heard that before?

Even assets are not good assets until they Become a source of INCOME

The No.1 use of an asset is to provide Income, 2nd is to Grow wealth before Protection and perpetuation of wealth.

You see, Income comes before assets. I dare say It is superior to assets. You count 1 before 2.

Income is used to build assets. Being a source of income makes assets valuable.

Having a source of income protects assets from being liquidated for Inevitable expenses.

Having assets with no income will guarantee you a miserable life.

Imagine having a block of buildings from which nobody pays you rents. That's a waste of assets, It turns to a liability even.

More emphasis therefore should be placed on having stable sources of income.

That is where it all starts. whoever has Income source can build wealth.

Poverty means having no income or too little to sponsor your basic needs.

Whether it is from a Job (Paid employment), a Skill( service you render for money) or a business. We should all work on having incomes.

Lack of Regular income (Poverty) is the root of almost all vices.

The Rich All have an income source that they usually grow so much that they can afford to invest in assets.

Your primary income sources is your ticket out of Poverty into wealth. Grow it, Stabilize it.

You that is excited about investing, haven't you noticed that the reason you don't have assets/Investments is because you don't have money?

Ehen now, focus on gathering the money.
Income is the name of the game

Get an income source, grow it, stabilize it, add another income source. Scale.

See you at the top
