This is a habit which when started is difficult to stop.This evil habit(though might be recommended medically) have destroyed lives & homes.the question now is,can i be free from masturbation?.Well as you've read from the text it is possible[b]YES! you can be completely free without a single urge.don't allow deceivers to tell u to find a woman or man[/b].if you really want to be free from this then believe in the finished work of christ[/b]ask him to forgive you and promise him not to return to ur sins and beloved,you will receive [b]divine power over it.It work for me I know it can surely work for you.don't let anyone deceive you into thinkin u can't be free.shalom

We have all been there, just telling God you won't do it again is nothing, you are deceiving yourself.... So what you need now it to work to beat it, even the bible says for faith without work is dead..... So how can we beat maturation.
1. Introductory part
A. Don't stay alone.
B. Keep yourself busy.
C. Do not play with your vital organs.

2. Intermediate part.
A. Stop thinking about having with sex opposite sex.
B. Stop watching porn or sexy images, girl butt or brest you see around you, you can run away from it.
C. Be clean on the outside, means wash your underwear frequently and your clothes etc

3. Advanced part.
A. Do the fundamentals. PRAY
B. Be clean on the inside, if the thought comes try and fight it.
C. Take note. It might not mean writing it down. But if you see any changes make sure you take note of it.

masturbation is not an ordinary habit.if I start an ordinary it will be very easy to stop but if i start the habit of masturbation it becomes very difficult and it is a very grave sin which can be stopped only by christ.cc lalasticlala,front page please.
