She was arrested for violating a law which is right but in the process of prosecuting her, the same law was violated. I hope people realise the heavy implication of this case; either Funke and the husband pay the 100k or sentenced to one month imprisonment, both of them will automatically become ex-convicts. The implications are so severe and damning caused by their own stupidity.
