Many manufacturing jobs are leaving China. Vietnam for example are building a lot of mobile phone manufacturing plant. Most of the clothes sold in UK department stores are produced in Bangladesh.

Wise countries are already positioning themselves to take away a lot of manufacturing jobs from China.

African nations still have the advantage of cheap labor but due to incompetent leadership cannot maximise the opportunity.

There is nothing special with what China is doing. It's not even hi tech manufacturing done by the likes of Germany, Japan, South Korea etc it's just normal manufacturing any nation can do.

What has been emboldening them was just laziness and foolishness from the western nations that has been taking jobs to them. It's not like other parts of the world can't do the same thing.
Even Mexico has also benefited from its proximity to the US, many American companies especially the automobiles like GM had there manufacturing plant in Mexico.
